2) Get current portfolio state: run `mcporter call alpaca-trading.get_account_info` and `mcporter call alpaca-trading.get_all_positions`
3) Based on the target allocation in the IPS, calculate how to deploy $1,500 across the target ETFs (VTI 55%, VXUS 20%, VBR 10%, VWO 10%, SGOV 5%). Direct more to underweight positions.
4) Execute the trades using curl against the Alpaca paper API (endpoint: https://paper-api.alpaca.markets/v2/orders, headers: APCA-API-KEY-ID: PKGUUW5MV7PQ5TLCNZQDPRIKN2, APCA-API-SECRET-KEY: 8wcmBZ…2u). Use notional (dollar amount) market orders.
5) Report what you did and why to Brandon via the delivery channel.
